I have 2 project A and B.
Project A - where all users from LDAP group "Domain users" is customers, because this LDAP group has role ServiceDeskCustomers
All work correctly - creation requests from portal JSM or by mail channel JSM
But if one user from this LDAP group has JSM access in other project B - then also he can create request on portal, but he lost from list if customers and can't create request by JSM mail channel
If I try add his as customer - JSM take error "bla bla Already customer". I can add his only if create Customer Organization, but i don't need it, all request must by private.
If i add his in admin panel with role ServiceDeskCustomers - it's no effect
How I can add JSM user of one project as customer in other project with creation requests over mail channel?
