I have two clients with issues getting access to place support tickets.
This is what comes up when they try and access support.
In Jira when I try to look at their profile I get the error below.
I am not sure how to fix the issue if I can't get in and see the issue.
Hi @Nikole Harrington , welcome to the Community. Can you please check the project(s) that these users should have access to to ensure they are in fact listed as a customer. Project settings > Customers. Also, check on these individuals under the Jira admin area > user management > Jira service desk.
