Our clients Jira Service Management product cannot stand itself back up due to no longer having access to the product downloads.
Anyone else also getting a 403?
Found the root of the issue. Using Jira Software version numbers and not Jira Service Desk Version number.
I have the same issue. Can you clarify how you resolved this issue please?

My issue was I was attempting to use Jira Server version numbers for the Jira Service Desk product. The version numbers do not line up as they are technically different products. Jira Server is currently at 8.X and Jira Service Desk is at 4.X.
