About report creation / レポート作成の機能について

Please someone let me know about the report creation in JIRA service desk.

I would like to see the following items in a single report on a monthly basis.

Currently, in the report section, I don't think I can customize multiple items and see them in one report. Please let me know if there is a way to do this.

Number of requests received
Number of completed requests handled
Notation by request category
Time taken for SLA to succeed, fail, or complete

月次で下記項目を一本のレポートで見たいです。

現在レポート欄では、複数の項目をカスタマイズして一本のレポートで見れないように思いますが、方法があれば教えてください。

  • 受けたリクエスト数
  • 対応完了したリクエスト数
  • リクエストカテゴリー別表記
  • SLAに成功・失敗・完了までかかった時間

どうぞよろしくお願いします。

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

On Service Management reports it’s possible to create reports for issues Created/Resolved and based on SLAs.

You can add 20 series on a single report, but only based on the existing series, it’s not possible to create custom ones, so I’m afraid to say that it won’t be possible to create the report you need.

There is a feature request suggesting improvements for that:

Please, click on vote and watch to receive updates about the feature.

The best option, for now, is to use an add-on. Most of the add-ons have a trial period, so you can test them to check if they have the options you need for the reports.

We have a commercial app called Ronin Dashboards for Jira, which provides an out of the box template for Jira Service Management, you can have a look here to a live demo dashboard

And you can create your own dashboards using any of the provided gadgets (more than 60 currently) and share the link, so you don't need to create a report every month.

We are preparing a new release with the Japanese translation too.

Welcome to the Atlassian community. There are 2 ways for obtaining custom reports. 

a) Dashboard Gadgets

1. Create custom gadget in your Jira Dashboard ( JSM reporting use-case is limited)

b) ServiceDesk Reports

1. As project admin, from your service project, go to Reports.

2. Use the sidebar to switch between reports.

There are also Marketplace Apps  which support reporting use-cases for JSM
