Able to customize the back-end Customer screen?

Is it possible to customize the fields that display on the Customers screen? We have a CRM plugin for Salesforce installed in Jira and want to display the customer code and account.

I'm not sure what app do you use because I see more than one connector on the Atlassian marketplace. Nevertheless, I recommend to contact a vendor responsible for the app. On the marketplace, on the app' listing you can find the "Support" tab where is the contact information.

Disregard the connector piece - the main question - is can we customize the fields that display on the OOTB Jira Server "Customers" screen?

unfortunately there is no option to adjust this page, for example it won't be possible to add a columns like you suggested.

In case you are using an App it will be up to the App to display all information you want to see in its own way (probably a different page than what you are seeing).
If an App can inject code to display more on the "Customers" page is unlikely but if the vendor should have found a way to do so they will be able to tell you about that feature (however, it is unlikely and the App's logic will probably be somewhere else, on a different screen).
