Our customers are submitting requests directly to JSD and our agents respond via the Reply to Customer comment area. As correspondence goes back and forth within that issue, only the latest comment is sent to the customer. Is there a way to configure JSD to copy all 'Customer' related comments into the outgoing email so the customer sees the entire thread. Not internal comments just customer tagged comments.
I see there are a few tickets related to this feature request but they appear to just be for server and data center and not cloud.
