ACP-420 Managing Jira Service Projects for Cloud Certification study guide

As an organization we want to get certified.

In the certification main page there is this statement:

We recommend having at least one year of experience administering Jira service projects before taking this exam.

When I click the link I'm redirected to the free  course pack "Managing Jira service projects Data Center".

Does it work for cloud too?

Hi @DIEGO LEONEL ORELLANA ROLDAN and welcome to the Community!

That must be a mistake. Jira Data Center and Cloud are quite different, so I would definitely recommend reviewing proper Cloud courses instead in addition to the exam topics listed on the certification main page. The following courses might be more appropriate:

• Setting up ITSM projects in JSM 
• Explore Service Project Administration

I agree, this is a bit confusing. It took some time, but I think I found the course you're looking for:

@Ree Kent , could you look at this as well? When opening the learning path for ACP420 (cloud), the link refers to Data Center for me too.

That one definitely might be useful too to get familiar with project settings in the Jira platform, @Hans Polder - but it is for Jira (Software), not JSM.
