A group for Service Desk customers

Hi, I am trying to make a group for servicedesk customers they only need access to the portal I added the group to defoult Service Desk Customers role I also gave it the permision to browse but when i login I am unable to see the portal

All I am able to see is:

"You don't have access to any service desks.

If you think this is a mistake, try contacting us another way."

 

I am probably missing something please help.

The Browse project permission is mainly for the Jira licensed users. Customers can be added directly from Customers page in a JSD project.

You need to share the portal link to the customers (Channels > Help Centre > Open) so that they can access the Service Desk Portal and submit the tickets.

Thank you for this answer but this is a bit unsecure also i would need to add users one by one instead of using the project role i just granted nessesary permisions to browse and disabled acess to to the project this allowed me to have a group for portal customers.
