Hola

No encuentro la manera de mostrarle al usuario de sevices desk un campo personalizado que rellena el agente, pero que no lo pueda modificar el usuario.

Lo mismo con el campo Tiempo realizado del add-on Tempo.

¿Cómo se realiza esta acción?. Gracias.
