Insight Cloud Marketplace App Migration Support

Hello everyone!

We are happy to announce that we have just shipped the ability to migrate from the old Insight - Asset Management Marketplace App to the new Jira Service Management integrated Insight.

We have enabled the ability to export your data from the old application and import it into Insight within Jira Service Management for customers who have the old application installed. Documentation on how to migrate your object schemas from Insight - Asset Management (Cloud) to Insight in Jira Service Management can be found here.

There are some limitations to our migration. QR codes will not be able to be migrated. If your team relies on QR codes in the old application, our team is currently working on supporting QR codes in the new integrated Insight, however, you will need to recreate your QR codes. We will post an update about that when it is ready.
