I have an sla like this: time to fix. count time from the moment issue is created until issue is resolved.
I have 2 goals:
priority blocker -> fix in 30 hours, calendar default
all remaining issues --> fix in 5 hours, calendar default
now, when I create an issue with priority blocker then everyting works ok. but if I edit the created issue and change the priority into something else than 'blocker' the issue appears with the sla fullfilled.
how can this be?
can anyone help me?
