New to jira servicedesk and the web interface is down ( the web portal URL to raise requests). recently the administrator user was deleted and I added my user as got an error the automation jobs could not run.
I suspect the admin user is used with the web interface but having difficulty locating the web interface settings section to check.
Any help appreciated

The customer portal does not depend on an administrator, each service desk project has a portal and it's not possible to delete or disable the portal.
Please, just add your instance URL and go to XXXXXXXX.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/ to check the portal.
If you have access to the project internally, you can access the portal through the Channels menu:
If you receive any error, please send us a screenshot so we can check what is happening.
Also, make sure to confirm with an administrator if you have permission to view and create tickets in the portal.
