unknown error when setting licence key

Hi,

i'm reinstalling an jira service desk application on the same server after uninstall.

In the "secure/SetupLicense!default.jspa" screen, i copy my Licence Key (who is valide for this server, tested before) an i got an "unknown error, contact support" message

How can i do ?
