ticket sent to customer / modify template

Hello,

Is there a way to modify the template of the ticket request that's sent to the customer?

Agent changed the status to In Progress.

 

View request - Turn off this request's notifications

In your Jira Service Desk project - Settings - Customer Notifications.  All sorts of things you can customize.
