How can I share comments internally vs share comments with customers if all the resources are part of the same JIRA help desk project?
The Agent can choose at your issue. The agent have two comments buttons.
To internal comments only agents can see, to share comments the customers can see at Customer Portal.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
