I have 2 questions here
Can any body tell us why Share button is not available for the customers.It is available for the agents
In customer permission we have two sections.
section1: Who can raise request?
we selected as Customers who have an account in Jira site
section2: Who can customers share requests with?
Other customers in their organization

Please try adding the particular customer as request participant for the issue and let give a try. For more detailed information please view Choose who customers can share requests with. Hope this helps you.

Hi Jeetendra,
Have you additionally set up Organizations in your Service Desk? You'll need to make sure that for the setting you currently have that the user is in an Organization and has other users within the Organization to share with.
