setting up gsuite email for support desk

Hi, 

I am trying to use my domain email address for the automated ticket logging using the support desk. Gmail however is displaying error that this is not a secure application.

How do I get past this please?

In order to use a gsuite email address you can add the application using the pre generated temp password . You have to do this sync once.
