Hi Adie,

 

Specifically for Service Desk reports

If you're looking just specifically for Jira Service desk reports, this is currently still a feature request JSDSERVER-858 and gathering interest.

It's best to vote and watch that feature request, as you will receive notification once there is an update on it.

Filter subscriptions

If you mean scheduled reports such as having filter results or filter subscriptions of service desk issues sent to you at a specific time.

Then you can already do this by looking at this page - working-with-search-results where you can subscribe and set a schedule based on cron here constructing-cron-expressions-for-a-filter-subscription
