How to create a remote that shows how many tickets are closed per tech?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

When using Jira Service Desk, it's possible to create a report and use series to filter it by agent. In this case, it will be necessary to create a series for each tech, but it not be viable if there are many agents on the project since it's necessary to do it manually.

A workaround is to use a gadget on the dashboard that will show the total of closed tickets by assignee.

The gadget is the "Two dimensional filter":

If you need graphics and also export reports, it will be necessary to use some add-on to achieve this. You can check our marketplace to find what add-on is best for your use case.
