remove request participants

Has this option been removed ?

The "Delete/Eliminar" option takes this user off of the shared participants list for this request.

"Request participants are customers and organizations who can view, comment, and receive notifications about the request. Participants receive the same notifications as the reporter, and can turn off notifications at any time. 

Both agents and customers can add and remove request participants.

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

The option to remove requests participants was not removed, it works for both classic and next-gen Service Desk projects.

Just for us to better understand and help you with this issue, can you please let us know what happens when you try to remove the participants? 

Here is how it works for both new and old issue view:

Thank you for that, customers used to have this option, but they no longer see the word remove

Thank you for the screenshot and sorry for the misunderstanding. I sent you the options that agents see when viewing a ticket, but in your case is the customer portal.

The customer portal changed recently, and not it will only show an X next to their name:
