I tested with the cloud external system import tool and using the csv file format for service_desk project type.
The organization & request type fail to import. Checked the setting are correctly spelled. Does anyone encounter this warning message before? What have I miss? Thanks
Pls. refer below import log,
WARN - Cannot add value [ [OrganizationABC] ] to CustomField Organizations in Issue with summary 'CR-002': For input string: "OrganizationABC"
WARN - Cannot add value [ [Time] ] to CustomField Request Type in Issue with summary 'CR-002'. Probably value was in incorrect format
Hope you're doing great!
