mail issue 0365

Hi

Open issues and communicate via the portal works fine. When users reply to the emails

we can see the mails arriving in the mailbox of the mail handler. After a while they disapear.

So i assume the mail pull works. But the answers never show up in the issue comments.

All mail Tests are succesfull. Any ideas ?
