Hi, we have set-up email request and the email address is support@clinkitsolutions.atlassian.net. This is working the past days, but today we received MAIL bounce (message could not be delivered) from bounce@atlassian.net. And the ticket is not being created.
What should we do so solve this? I already double checked the email address that we use and it is correct.

Do you know what the reason was?
Have maybe same issues. Got also mails bounced back. (A co-worker changed termins in outlook, but she is not an administrator from the concerned confluence side and email-distributor; is this a possible reason?
