Is it possible to assign customers within Jira Service Desk to groups?
The main request is to share tickets within the same group but not between different groups? So every contact from the customer will see other tickets from the same customer only.

You can assign customers to groups, but unfortunately sharing the tickets within a group is not possible. Please vote for https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSD-270.
