is there any way to group fields in service desk customer portal like tabs we have in jira side

HI 

We would like to have some basic grouping of the fields on service desk customer portal.

And also we wanted to have some conditional  fields ( if field1=Yes, then show filed 2).

is there any possibility  these ?

Really like to have these features so I created a Feature Request with Atlassian (before seeing this thread):

Hi, I'm not sure that would work, bu have you tried the "2 levels" custom list field ? I know for sure it works in JIRA. Level 1 item would offer different items for level 2, depending on level 1 selection.

We are also looking for additional layout/grouping/styling features for fields on the Customer Portal.
