i have added a customer account in a project (jira service desk), but the account doesn't work, i have the following message :
Did you use the wrong account?
Your email address XXX doesn't have access to YYY
i have changed the password and its not better.
i cant remove the customer account with administrator account.
Can you please confirm if you're trying to access the customer portal or Jira?
Customers (with no product licenses) can only raise requests through the Service Desk Customer Portal and I do feel the error message you have is because the customer account is trying to access Jira application directly.
