You need to talk to your JIRA administrators.  We have no access to your systems.

We're a community of users of Atlassian software - we can help you with usage and troubleshooting, but we're not your administrators, and we're not Atlassian support (although Atlassian are active here, this is not a formal way to get support)


How am i supposed to contact JIRA administrators ?

Who told you to get an account?  I'd start with them.  Or ask another existing user in your team.
