I'm new to Jira and looking for solution for follow.
If newly created ticket having a component of XXX i need to send email to particular group.
i created Automation (Custom rule) but i cannot select that group.
I try with notifications but their is no place to add condition ( to check component is XXX)
please guide me how can I achieve this task
here is a recent thread that may give you some pointers. While the reason for sending an email to a group is different the underlying discussion about how to do this should apply here.
