I have installed the Service Desk Add On to a JIRA 5.2 Server in a test environment.
When I create a service desk to an existing project I cannot see the "People" option to manage rols & users of the service desk. I cannot see also the "Settings" option.
My user is in the jira-administrators group.
Nevermind, it is because your version of JSD is too old to have that feature. Please use the docs at: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/SERVICEDESK011/JIRA+Service+Desk+Documentation to see the right docs for your JSD version. Newer versions of JSD have this functionality, but you will need to upgrade JIRA to use newer versions.
