how to fix servicedesk login issue

Oğuzhan Kayıhan December 10, 2019

My company uses servicedesk and our clients use portal accordingly. Whenever i have to login to portal with client credentials to show smth and/or to teach how to use it, i can not access to my servicedesk afterwards. It gives a meaningless message, user and password are ok.

"Oops, you've made a malformed request."

Clearing cache etc but not working unless uninstalling browser and reinstalling it again.

Could you please enlighten me how to fix this easily?

Thanks

Hello,

Have you tried specifically deleting cookies related to id.atlassian.com? Check out this documentation:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/oops-you-ve-made-a-malformed-request-when-resetting-atlassian-account-password-900816987.html

I also found another question related to this, they stated it was because of a pop up blocker plugin:

https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Re-Oops-you-have-made-a-malformed-request/qaq-p/1100309/comment-id/144517#M144517

If these don't work, you can try to login with client credentials on incognito mode of the browser. That way you don't need to logout login all the time.

Regards,

Elifcan
