how do you add an attachement?

how do you add an attachement to a jira service desk ticket after it's created?

 

The old view allowed drag and drop. The new view does not.

Hi @abarringer and welcome to the Community. From within the JSD application I can either drag and drop an attachment or I can click on the paperclip icon on the comment area in the detail view. From the Protal a customer can click on the little files&images icon.

Are we even looking at the same thing?

I don't see a paperclip icon anywhere and drag and drop only works on the "old view".
