What is the URL of the site you are trying to login to?  

I believe you will need to contact your site administrator in order to make sure that they can either reset your password or grant you access as needed.  If we can at least determine the site name where you are trying to login, perhaps I can better help put you in touch with the correct person that can help here.

I am trying to reset my eudrlink but can't. when I click on "forgot password" it says: This instance does not support password reset. Please contact the system administrator.
