I created a new permission type but when I try to assign it to "Service Desk Customer - Portal Access", Jira show me this :
“This combination of permissions and people just won’t work”
How can I fix this

When we try to add some permission and it shows this message is because it only works for agents and admins and not for customers.

I think this behavior is right when we talk about Jira permissions (by default), but it should change when this is our custom permission. Because it doesn't make sense to create an unassignable permission for customer.
I reviewed the code of JSD and nowadays is impossible to do this.
