enable Public Signup in Service Desk

Hi,

I want to enable public signup in Service desk. In the documentation it says that I have to navigate to Settings > Addons > Service Desk > Configuration > Public Signup.

Unfortunately, I don't have the menu option "Public Signup". All I have is "Notifications" (which is turned on).

Does anyone have an idea, what seems to be the problem here?

Please check your version.  For Public Signup you must have JIRA Service Desk 2.1

Sorry for the dumb question, but how do I do that?

You must go add ons and addon administration and go and click jira service desk and you could show the version installede.
