My supplier uses Atlassian for our support.
Since two weeks, all e-mails are blocked by our MS Exchange server. For all their customers, it seems ok but not for us.
Looking at the different records on our side, we found that :
- the server sending the e-mails seems to be not included in the list of servers for Atlassian.net domain (SPF records)
- it seems that this SPF does not include the right Atlassian outgoing email server and this a reason for rejection
- administrator from our side must keep SPF records as an in-going email protection
Since I am not expert, hope it is clear enough
