In my Service Desk project, i need to display a request to an agent only when it has been assigned to him (or this group).
Can you help me to do that ?

The only way I can think to do this is to use security levels with a rule allowing only a limited number of people to see the issue. One of those allowed can be set to "assignee" so as soon as the agent is assigned the issue, it becomes visible to them.
