disable "Give Service Desk feedback"

Is it possible to disable this link?

We are hoping to avoid any confusion by our staff who may try to use this thinking that it sends the feedback to the Service Desk team in our organization. This actually sends feedback to Atlassian.

This has been requested in JSD-495. I encourage you to give feedback by voting and/or commenting on that issue. This also goes for anyone else who would like the ability to remove this link.
