customer selected 'Turn off this request's notifications' now wants it back on

jira SD  v3.3.0

 

Customer selected 'Turn off this request's notifications' on the email notification he received for a ticket he logged.   now wants it back on.  How / where do we turn it back on for the customer for this ticket?

Found it.  Simple really!!!

Customer needs to log into the portal, Open the relevant ticket and  select icon 'Get Notification'.
