Please advise if customer could transit their ticket status in the customer portal?
I would like customer to close the ticket if needed but it seems customer cant make it from their end.

Hi @ComSupport - As an admin, you should be able to select the desired transition in the workflow and expose it to the portal. There is more insight provided into this topic here , if haven't already explored it.
