j'ai change le nom du projet mais cela n'apparait pas au vue du portail client .
J'ai toujours l'ancien nom du projet qui apparait quand une personne veut saisir une demande .

Thank you for providing the screenshot, it helped us understand what may be causing the issue.
As your portal is in French, the cause may be the language support.
Please, go to the Project settings > Language support and check everything that has a yellow dot. This yellow dot means that it has translation issues, so you will have to change the portal name on the language support as well.

It may also be related to translation. Have you checked all the options on "Language support" menu? Please, check the translation of all notifications on Language support. If it does not resolve, please send us a screenshot of how the notification on the email and on the instance.

je travaille actuellement sur jira service desk , est il possible d'ajouter un bouton fermé sur la page de saisie des demandes voir ci-dessous.
je voulais donner la possibilité au client de quitter le service desk une fois qu'il visualise sa demande avec un bouton quitter service desk
