changing server problems

Hi,

we are changing from server and can't get the new Jira installed on the new server.

In the installation screen I choose: I have an account but nu key.

After putting the credentials it gives:

Unknown error occuredAn unknown error occured, please contact support.

So, what to do?

Arie,

Can you help elaborate exactly what you are changing? You mentioned you are coming from Server. Are you going from Server to Cloud or are you migrating from one Server to another? 

Can you show us a screenshot of the installation screen you are on and what credentials you're entering? 

What version of Jira are you migrating from and to?
