can't create last generation service desk project

I can only create last generation projects based on scrum or kanban.

I can't create last generation projects based on Service desk types.

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

Currently, the next-gen templates for Service Desk are possible to enable by going to a specific page. It was not implemented on all sites yet, but usually, new sites have this option and for older sites we can enable it by going to xxxxxx.atlassian.net/jsd-next-gen.
