You can do this through bulk change, but you will most likely run into the problem that resolving issues requires a resolution and the resolve issue transition has a screen defined for it.
Do not change that transition. But edit your workflow and add a transition bulk resolve to it. Make sure that you do not associate a screen with it, but add a post function that explicitly sets a resolution (Fixed, Won't Fix, ...). If you don't, you will get inconsistent data (status resolved, but without resolution) I'd recommend adding a condition that only makes the transition visible to a (project) admin, so that it isn't visible to all users.
That way you should be able to proceed.
