When using the dropbox power up to attach a file while using the Windows 10 desktop app, after logging in to drop box and selecting a file to attach a message appears that says could not communicate with app.
I'm afraid I don't understand how your question might relate to Service Desk or another Atlassian product here. From what I understand so far it sounds like there is a problem here with a dropbox app on windows 10.
