Why does the Jira Service Desk break my Jquery functions?

When we inserted the code to implement the Service Desk Help Widget our Logout and Change Password functions stopped working.

We think it's because the widget is using an older version of Jquery; who do we ask to get this up to date?

Yes the issue seems to be with my browser adding an extra bracket to the end of the script; it could not be replicated by your team so seems to be isolated to my PC; not an issue with your code.
