Why do we generate two different emails for a notification in different formats?

Can you clarify your question, Robert? Maybe with some screenshots?

We have two different notifications in JIRA, one from Service Desk and another from JIRA itself, however they are not supposed to be sent simultaneously.

Also, which notification is being sent?
