Why did People tab change and no longer displays Agents, Customers, Collaborators

I received a prompt about using a custom permissions scheme and having to migrate the permissions.  Now our People tab shows like project permissions with groups and users and green check marks and red x's.

It does not show as it did before, the way it is seen in this screenshot:

How do we fix it so it shows like a Service Desk?

Hi Richard,

It sounds like your license for Service Desk has changed from a v2 license (or an evaluation license) to an older v1 license.

You should check what license is installed, and make sure it is what you expect.

Matt, that appears correct. JIRA had prompted about unused licenses -- and then added an older Service Desk license instead of our 2.2.0 eval license.
