When I go into a "Modify Issue Type Scheme" screen, I see a list of all the possible issue types.
Most of the available issue types are distinct but I am confused by 2 issue types called "Support" and "Support Issue". Why would there be 2 fundamental issue types with such similar names? Is there some historical reason that I'm not aware of?
