Why are reporters names appearing as User xxxx??

Why are reporters names appearing as User xxxx??

Hello,

I just noticed on our JSD that the Reporters names are now appearing as User xxxxx.

Is this a something that Jira is doing in the background as I haven't made any changes that I am aware of.

I got a same Problem in today.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

When I logon today, I also have the same error, can't display or resolve the name properly.

I see now it is being fix, but I still have ONE user name still not being resolved, others are resumed now.

Experienced this earlier today but user names are now showing.
