Why I´m missing old requests after switching database

Lukas Hanslik June 24, 2019

Hello together,

we switched our Database from h2 to postgress yesterday (like described in your article). Now we have the problem that some Users can´t see old opened or closed requests anymore. But when one employee is answering on an old request today, the "Ticket" will show up again. The Database is running on the same server. We are using postgress 9.6 on Ubuntu LTS 18.4. It looks like all the Data in the Database is available, because when I´m searching directly on the Server for a Key+Number combination I can find the request.

Is there any flag that makes the request invisible for the creator and that isn´t set properly now ?

Maybe you have some ideas, thank you.

Best regards

Lukas

Edit: Hello I don´t know why but today the users can see all tickets again. I did nothing active last night, I just checked if all data is available in the database. If  I think an Admin can close this question. But if anyone has an idea, I would be curiouse to hear it. :/
